Shipping policy
This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed with ORYX TREND by Rexford International.
We strive to process and deliver your orders in a timely manner using reliable logistics partners. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation.
Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 2 to 7 working days depending on your location, pin code, and courier availability.
Shipping charges are calculated based on order value:
- Orders between ₹0 – ₹498: Shipping charge of ₹80 will be applied
- Orders above ₹499: Free shipping is provided
- Orders below ₹119: A minimum shipping fee of ₹199 may be applied
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, or courier delays.
Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, we are not responsible for delays caused during transit.
