Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging. A valid proof of purchase or receipt is mandatory for all return requests.

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, damaged, or altered in any way after delivery.

To initiate a return request, you must contact us at support@oryxtrend.com with your order details. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for safely packaging and shipping the product back to us unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item delivered by us.

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected carefully to verify its condition and eligibility.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

If your return is rejected due to non-compliance with our policy, the product may be shipped back to you at your expense.
